Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Financial Audit Services ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

We charge fees for our financial audit services as outlined on our Site. All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Payment is required before services are rendered unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

If you dispute any charges, you must contact us within thirty (30) days after the date that we invoice you.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the courts located in Cape Town, South Africa, and you and we hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such courts.

Corrections

There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.
